Our 100% pure maple syrup is made in very small batches, on a wood-fired evaporator, right here on our farm in Boxford.
In the weeks before spring, when the days are starting to warm, but the nights are still below freezing, sap begins to flow. We do things the “old fashioned” way, tapping maples, hanging buckets, and collecting sap all by hand, then boiling sap and bottling delicious amber syrup for everyone to enjoy!
We offer 12oz bottles, and 8oz bottles, but supplies are very limited, so get some while you can!
