Product Attributes

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including color, shape, and specific measurements. All of our products are handmade and exact specifications may vary from batch to batch, and even from item to item within a given batch. We also cannot control how pictures/colors are displayed on the screen of whatever device you are using to access our website. If you as a customer have concerns about the any attribute of the specific product you are purchasing please us know and we will be happy to discuss.  

Product Shelf Life

Our products are handmade with numerous natural ingredients, and no synthetic preservatives. None of our products will last forever, although there is some evidence that properly stored honey can last an incredibly long time! Please keep in mind that the scents of certain essential oils / fragrance oils will fade somewhat over time when exposed to air. We recommend that you use avoid storing our soaps and body care products for very long periods of time. We advice that when storing our products, keep them in a cool and dry place, and avoid excess moisture, direct sunlight and high heat.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal use nature of our soap, balm and honey, we cannot reuse/resell these products, and as such we cannot accept returns of these items. While we hope you are thrilled with every item you purchase, we understand that sometime this won't be the case. If you are displeased with an error, or another unforeseen issue, we will provide a refund or store credit on a case by case basis.
